Beyonce and Jay-Z To Make a Music Video in Space

From the 'Friday Files,' IO9 reports that Beyonce and Jay-Z to be the first couple to make a music video in space.  Record execs are reportedly keen to shoot Jay-Z and Beyonce into space, to record the first ever orbital music video.


Record execs are inquiring behind the scenes about filming on one of Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic craft. Flights on the six-seater ships, due to launch later this year, will cost £780,000 each and blast passengers 70,000ft into Earth's atmosphere.

The video would be shot when passengers experience six minutes of weightlessness.

A source said: "The label people have been talking about making a music video in space. Beyonce and Jay-Z seemed the obvious option. Everything is being done to make it happen."
